Sign in & choose your organization
Sign in once, then pick your organization. From there, choose single sign-on or email and password.
Prerequisites
- An invitation to your organization on Ask, or an existing account.
- Your work email address.
- If your organization uses SSO, access to the work account your identity provider manages.
Where to sign in
Open your organization's Ask address in your browser. If your organization runs on a dedicated instance, such as sovereign cloud or on-prem, use the address your admin shared instead.
Steps
-
Enter your work email in the Enter your organization e-mail field, then click Next.
If you do not have an account yet, use the Create new account link on the same screen instead.
-
From the Choose an organization list, pick the org you want to sign into.
You will see every organization on this deployment that your email is part of. If you only belong to one org, Ask skips this step.
-
On the per-org login page (its address picks up your organization's name), pick a sign-in method. The options you see are whatever your org has enabled: SSO with your identity provider (Google, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0, and LDAP), email + password, or both:
- SSO: your provider's sign-in button, which opens a consent screen. Use the work account that matches your invitation.
- Email + password: type your password. Use Show password if you want to check what you typed, and Forgot password? if you need to reset.
To sign in as someone else, use Sign in with another email address to go back to the email step.
-
Ask drops you on
/conversations. That is the conversation home page, and it means you are signed in.
Switching organizations
If you belong to more than one organization, you don't need to sign out: click your avatar at the bottom of the left navigation and choose Switch Organization. Each org is a separate tenant, with separate conversations, agents, and knowledge.
