Update Document

Update a document by ID or by query filters.

Provide document_id to update a specific document, or use filters (collection_name, collection_ids, search, file_types, filter_metadata) to locate a single document. Returns an error if zero or multiple documents match the filters.

Supports updating:

• filename: Change the display name
• metadata: Update document metadata
• file: Replace document content with a new file (initiates re-processing)
