List Documents

/v1/documents

Get paginated and filterable list of all documents.

Supports extensive filtering and sorting:

• Pagination: Control page size and number
• Search: Filter by filename
• Collections: Filter by one or more collections, or by collection name
• File types: Filter by document format
• Processing status: Filter by processing state
• Metadata: Filter by document metadata key-value pairs
• Date range: Filter by update timestamps
• Deleted: Include or exclude archived documents

Returns document metadata including processing status, file information, and collection association.
