Activate Connector

/v1/connectors/:connector_id/activate

Connect the authenticated user's account to a connector.

Use this when a chat stream emits tool_intervention_required with kind: activation.

• OAuth connectors: send an empty body. Open authorization_url in a popup. The popup closes itself when the user finishes. Then check that GET /v1/connectors/{connector_id} returns status: ACTIVE.
• API key or environment variable connectors: send auth_credentials. The response is active straight away.

Once the connector is ACTIVE, resolve the intervention with activated, or canceled if the user gave up.
