Submit Tool Approval Decisions

/v1/conversations/:conversation_id/messages/:message_id/tool-interventions

Approve or deny tool calls for a waiting conversation message.

Start the conversation with stream: true and bypass_tool_approval: false. When the stream emits tool_intervention_required, map each emitted tool_call_id to a resolution: approved, denied, or always_allow, then submit the map here. The original stream continues after the Assistant service processes the decisions.

For kind: activation (the agent needs the user to connect a connector), connect it with POST /v1/connectors/{connector_id}/activate, then submit activated, or canceled if the user gives up. The Assistant service treats an unanswered activation as canceled after expires_at.

Tool approval resolutions accepted. The Assistant service resumes the waiting message stream after processing the resolutions.
